What you’ll do as an IT Engineer at Construsoft
As part of our international IT team, you’ll tackle user issues and ongoing projects, contributing your IT expertise across a wide range of challenges while also taking ownership of specific focus areas. Your primary goal is to ensure that all colleagues can perform their work efficiently and effectively.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Answering inquiries from colleagues across various countries,
- Executing improvement projects,
- Managing workstations and laptops,
- Providing instructions and training to team members.
The IT Team
You'll be part of a small, collaborative IT team, where we keep communication lines open and agile. Each team member has a specific area of expertise, such as Security, Microsoft 365, or Networking. We are currently transitioning from an on-premise server environment to the cloud. We’ve also recently adopted Dynamics 365 as our CRM system and are implementing SAP Business by Design as our ERP system.

About you
Your mission is to protect our clients and organization against digital threats. The ideal candidate for the IT Engineer position has:
- A completed bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level) in IT,
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience,
- Experience with cybersecurity and the Microsoft platform (preferred),
- A passion for working with applications and innovative software,
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and fluency in English,
- A positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
