Position overview
You’ll play a key role in supporting the CEO and Leadership Team, ensuring seamless coordination of efforts and the successful execution of organizational objectives. Your expertise will help optimize decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll act as a trusted confidant and problem-solver, fostering collaboration across the organization.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Collaborating with the CEO to define and implement organizational priorities,
- Acting as a liaison between the Leadership Team and other parts of the organization,
- Managing the agenda and action items of executive meetings,
- Supporting the CEO in developing and executing Construsoft's long-term strategy,
- Conducting market, competitive, and operational analyses,
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of key cross-functional projects,
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
- Proactively identifying potential organizational challenges and implementing solutions,
- Leading specific global initiatives such as Go-to-Market (GTM) analyses, communication improvement projects, or pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- A completed bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,
- 2-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar leadership-supporting function, ideally in a high-paced international environment,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities,
- Proficiency in project management tools and financial acumen,
- Willingness to travel and adaptability to a hybrid working environment,
- Prior experience in sustainability or environmental impact initiatives is a plus,
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Our offer
- A one-year contract of 32 to 40 hours;
- A salary between € 5,500 and € 7,700 based on full-time employment, depending on your educational background and experience;
