Construsoft Appoints Wouter Hartemink as CEO

After three decades of exemplary guidance as Founder and CEO, Jan Fennema will move into a new advisory role as a board member. Wouter Hartemink, an accomplished SaaS leader with deep cultural alignment and industry expertise, has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
This leadership change marks a significant milestone for Construsoft, currently operating in more than 30 countries across Europe and Latin America, including The Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Colombia and Chile. Jan’s founding vision positioned Construsoft at the forefront of a global shift towards digital transformation in the construction sector. Over the forthcoming months, Jan will support Wouter behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for continued success.
